I have years of success and experience. I have worked in the health and fitness field for decades.
I am a certified personal trainer, with background education in anatomy and physiology. I also have an Advanced Nutrition Certificate. I am a certified Group Fitness Instructor, TRX Certified Instructor, and hold current CPR and AED certificates. My plans include healthy eating and exercise to ensure the best results according to your goals. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
I know that there is a ton of confusing fitness and dieting information out there, and I plan to make it as simple as possible for you. I am also well aware that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and therefore often times end in failure. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle.
